Emily's dream: Frances was pretending to be Jesus and wanted to be prepared for burial. Emily's job was to sew the hat onto her. The hat consisted of turquoise fabric like a medieval woman, close about the face with a sort of halo. Frances lay there giving instructions to Emily and Emily stitched away.
